Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead hands-on configuration and strategic advisory across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM at Fort Bragg-Fayetteville, NC. This onsite role combines technical delivery with roadmap governance and pre-sales support.

You will design platform roadmaps, define KPIs, run workshops, and collaborate with sales to draft proposals and SOWs, ensuring successful ServiceNow outcomes for the client.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
• 3+ years advisory consulting and technical delivery.
• 3+ years scripting, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow.
• 2+ years in proposals, SOW creation, and client presentations.
• 2+ years leading workshops and translating business processes to technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process/platform strategies
• Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities
• Conduct business value assessments and recommend adoption strategies across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, and CSM
• Design and implement governance models, KPIs, and process improvement frameworks
• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and drive consensus on solution design
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, and more
• Perform health scans, technical debt analysis, and platform scalability assessments
• Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF)
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft proposals and SOWs; estimate effort, define scope, and align deliverables

ROLE OVERVIEW

The client is seeking a dynamicServiceNow Technical Architectwho combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities. This role involves hands-on configuration and development across all major ServiceNow modules, while also contributing to pre-sales efforts including proposal development and Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor helping clients maximize their ServiceNow investments through strategic roadmaps, platform governance, and process optimization.

REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules
• Proven track record in advisory consulting and technical delivery (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations (3+ years)
• Experience in proposalwriting, SOW creation, and client presentations (2+ years)
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and translate business processes into technical solutions (2+ years)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

REQUIRED SERVICENOW CERTIFICATIONS (BY LEVEL)

• Senior — CSA, CIS (2 or more of: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, HRSD, Discovery), PMP or equivalent, and ITIL Foundation
