Cognizant in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. This hands-on role requires strong technical leadership and deep knowledge of the platform.

You will lead a team, guide integrations with Jira, SAP, and cloud tools, ensure data quality, and drive governance. Onsite five days a week with a focus on scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and ServiceNow platform development.
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as CSM, SPM, SAM Pro, SecOps, FSM, or GRC.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with Jira, SAP, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Drive CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, automation, and platform optimization to ensure scalability, performance, and data quality.
• Lead solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and development best practices while collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
