Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Software Engineer Lead to act as the technical lead and working manager for our ServiceNow development team, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITAM, including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.

This role requires leading from the front, mentoring developers, designing enterprise-grade solutions, and driving platform automation, integrations, governance, and quality across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform and development practices.
• Experience leading ServiceNow development teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/IntegrationHub integrations.
• Experience with ITAM and ITSM modules, CMDB data models, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead and escalation point for ServiceNow developers.
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Design and develop ITAM/ITSM solutions across HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Collaborate with Architecture to ensure scalable, compliant designs.
• Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/API tools.
