You will mentor developers, design enterprise-grade solutions, and drive platform innovation through automation and integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow experience and best practices.
• Hands-on development, customization, and deployment in ITAM/ITSM.
• Experience leading or mentoring ServiceNow developers.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for ServiceNow developers and reviews.
• Design and develop ITSM/ITAM solutions, HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Lead integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with Architecture to ensure governance and standards.
