Job summary
Accenture is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow architect with a strong background in development and technical leadership. You will guide large-scale ServiceNow programs, mentor developers, and shape governance and architectural decisions for Fortune 500 clients.
The role emphasizes strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery excellence in a consulting environment. You will lead teams, drive standard enforcement, and work with ServiceNow account teams to expand engagements
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years knowledge and experience with ServiceNow in development & technical architecture capacity.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience driving IT transformation & strategy planning, preferably in a high-tech consulting environment.
- Minimum 4 years’ leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience implementing & enforcing standards (code reviews & architectural reviews).
- Minimum of 6 years' experience with advanced scripting (JavaScript, SQL).
- Minimum of 6 years' experience with Agile methodologies like SCRUM, Kanban & Wagile.
- Three ServiceNow certifications (System Admin, Application Developer and ITSM preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients with technical governance and sponsorship alignment.
- Mentor and manage teams of ServiceNow developers and architects.
- Drive improvement of implementation methodologies based on client experience.
- Collaborate with account teams to identify additional value and project opportunities.
- Provide thought leadership and strategic consulting to stakeholders.
