Job summary

eTelligent Group LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage ITSM modules, RBAC, and the Service Catalog within federal environments. The role requires strong knowledge of CMDB, Flow Designer, and update management across Dev to Production, with a focus on maintaining enterprise health and compliance.

Candidates should have CSA and CIS certifications, plus 3+ years in ServiceNow/ESM and 2+ years in Federal work. This is a U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years ServiceNow/ESM Platform; 2+ years Federal experience.
• Administering ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Strong knowledge of users, groups, roles, ACLs, and RBAC.
• Manage Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflows, approvals, and Flow Designer.
• Notifications, events, SLAs, assignment rules, and scheduled jobs.
• CMDB, CI classes, relationships, data quality, and CSDM concepts.
• Import Sets, Transform Maps, data loads, and data maintenance.
• Update sets and deployments across Dev, Test/UAT, Production.
• Instance cloning, upgrades, patches, and release management.
• System monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Administer ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
• Manage users, groups, roles, ACLs, and RBAC across dozens of business units while maintaining instance health.
• Handle Service Catalog items, workflows, approvals, and Flow Designer; manage imports/updates.
• Oversee updates across Development, Test/UAT, Production; perform monitoring and troubleshooting.

Place of Performance:

Contractor may be required to travel CONUS and within the NCR during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. The Contractor may be required to travel to off- site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.

Position Summary

• Experience with instance cloning, upgrades, patches, and release management.
• Ability to perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis.

Scope & Complexity

• Must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience with focus on the complex administration of users, groups, and role-based access controls across dozens of business units, while sustaining instance health.
• Highlight experience managing Service Catalog items, workflows, ACLs, automated test frameworks (ATF), instance cloning, and patching without disrupting critical enterprise operations.
