Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Information Technology (NCDIT) is hiring a Systems Administrator II (NS) to administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and enterprise workflows.

This EHRA statutory exempt role may allow hybrid remote work with weekly on-site requirements. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and drive modernization through automation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow platform administration and development.
• Experience configuring ITSM workflows and ITOM modules.
• Strong troubleshooting and integration skills with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and security.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, forms, and custom apps.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM, Customer Workflows, and Employee Workflows modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and implement corrective actions for reliable service.
