Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years IT systems administration with at least 3 years administering ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required or strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, Flow Designer/workflows, Service Catalog, reports, access controls, update sets, testing, and upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers, configures, and supports the district's ServiceNow platform.
• Manages users, roles, groups, forms, workflows, notifications, catalogs, reports, integrations, upgrades, and data quality while resolving platform incidents and following governance and security standards.
