Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking a motivated Intern - Technical to join the ServiceNow Support and Operations team in a hybrid layout. You will gain hands-on experience with ServiceNow, assisting in technical support and operations to keep the platform running smoothly.

Qualifications

• College student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer-Science, Engineering, InformationSystems or related discipline with a GPA of at least 3.0
• Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Foundational understanding Microsoft Office 365 software products
• Foundational understanding of a software development language
• Foundational understanding of cloud applications
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamically changing priorities
• Comfortable with relying upon judgement in carrying out responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members on new features and updates.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Document processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operations planning and execution.
