Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation seeks a Year‑Round Intern for the ServiceNow Platform Team in Dallas. The 12‑month program runs January through December, with interns working up to 20 hours/week in-school and up to 40 hours/week in summer, in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities include dashboarding, catalog health checks, ATF test creation, Flow Designer automation, and documentation. Strong writing and IT knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Rising senior or second-year graduate student, graduating Dec 2027 or May/Aug 2028.
• Majors include Information Systems / MIS, Computer Science / IT, Business Analytics, or Business Administration.
• Basic understanding of ITSM/ITIL concepts.
• Exposure to JavaScript – ServiceNow scripting (client scripts, business rules).
• Familiarity with relational databases / SQL for CMDB/data quality work.
• HTML/CSS basics for UI Builder, portal, and catalog form work.
• Excel/data analysis skills (pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Technical writing for clear, structured documentation.
• QA/testing mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard/reporting build-outs and catalog health checks.
• Automated test (ATF) creation and Flow Designer automation.
• Test case documentation and knowledge-base cleanup.
• Training material creation and data quality/CMDB enrichment.
• QA testing and documentation updates for releases.
