Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with mandatory ServiceNow SPM expertise to drive product strategy, roadmaps, and platform delivery.

You will own the SPM roadmap, align with PMO, Finance, and executives, and lead agile ceremonies to ensure portfolio governance and investment planning across global teams.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) with mandatory ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience to drive product strategy, roadmap development, platform implementation, and continuous improvement.

Own and manage the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and strategic priorities.

Drive Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Financial Planning.

Define product vision, KPIs, success metrics, and business outcomes.

Collaborate with PMO, Finance, business leaders, architects, and technical teams.

Manage product backlogs, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Lead Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, and roadmap reviews.

Optimize portfolio governance, resource forecasting, investment planning, and project lifecycle management.

Drive enterprise portfolio transformation and platform adoption.

12+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience.

3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Lead.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM, Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.

Experience with Strategic Planning Workspace, Roadmap Planning, OKRs, and Agile Development.

Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models.

Experience partnering with PMO, Finance, and executive leadership teams.

Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and distributed teams.

Must Have: Strong ServiceNow SPM expertise combined with product ownership and enterprise portfolio transformation experience.
