Qualifications

Extensive experience in product management or platform leadership in a large enterprise.
Experience leading a team of Product Owners or Product Managers.
Practical knowledge of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management and related modules.

Responsibilities

Oversee the Product Owner organization and bench, ensuring outcomes-focused governance.
Own Demand Management end-to-end including intake, triage, and routing to product lines.
Define demand scoring, assess feasibility, and align demand with roadmap.
Maintaining a single, ranked portfolio view across product lines with published cadence.
Lead PI planning and governance, manage cross-product prioritization and stakeholder relationships.
