Job summary

Revel IT in Westerville, OH is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Process Lead on a contract basis to document, train, and roll out SPM capabilities across business units. You will own process docs for Resource Management, Idea Management, and Strategic Planning Workspace, create end-user guides, SOPs, and lead adoption activities.

Strong communication with stakeholders and knowledge of ITIL and portfolio management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CIS SPM or ITBM certification.
• Experience with Strategic Planning Workspace and Innovation Management in ServiceNow.
• Background in change management methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and portfolio/program management.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Yokohama release or later.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM modules, including Resource Management, Idea Management, and Demand Management.
• Strong process documentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience creating end-user training materials.
• Proven ability to lead technology rollouts across multiple business units.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
