Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate has CIS for SPM/ITBM and strong ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience with Strategic Planning Workspace and Innovation Management in ServiceNow.
• Background in change management or organizational change enablement.
• Familiarity with ITIL and portfolio/program management frameworks.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Yokohama release or later.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for SPM modules (Resource Management, Idea Management, and Strategic Planning Workspace).
• Create end-user and practitioner training materials aligned with standards.
• Establish and document SOPs for SPM workflows and governance.
• Maintain a living documentation library aligned with platform updates.
