Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Westerville, OH seeks a ServiceNow SPM Process Lead for a 2-month contract to document, train, and rollout SPM modules such as Resource Management and Idea Management across IT and business units.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, change enablement, and excellent communication skills to align configurations with organizational needs. On-site work with health benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CIS certification required.
• Experience with Strategic Planning Workspace and Innovation Management in ServiceNow.
• Background in change management or organizational change enablement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and portfolio/program management frameworks.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse business unit stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Yokohama release or later.
• Experience with ServiceNow SPM modules including Resource Management, Idea Management, and Demand Management.
• Strong process documentation and technical writing skills to translate complex workflows.
• Experience creating training materials for end users across varying technical skill levels.
• Proven ability to lead technology rollouts across multiple business units.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for SPM modules.
• Create end-user and practitioner training materials — guides, quick reference cards, and walkthroughs.
• Establish SOPs for SPM workflows and governance.
• Lead the rollout of Resource Management capabilities to IT teams.
• Define and document resource allocation processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• Partner with IT leadership to drive adoption and align with organizational resource planning needs.
• Drive rollout of Idea Management and Strategic Planning Workspace to business units.
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor configurations.
• Develop rollout plans, communication strategies, and adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to promote SPM adoption and gather feedback.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users across levels.
• Track adoption metrics and report status to ServiceNow Process Owner.
