Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design ServiceNow solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps, forms, workflows, and integrations per best practices.
• Validate data requirements for migrations and integrations with external systems.
• Provide training and create technical/user documentation for end users.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of ServiceNow solutions.
