Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in S2P and procurement workflows. The role focuses on platform development, workflow automation, and API integrations to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

You will design and implement ServiceNow solutions, build and maintain scripts, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical capabilities, while adhering to best practices and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven track-record building and supporting ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Strong scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) and JavaScript.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor for automation.
• Experience in enterprise procurement/financial workflows and ITSM/ITBM modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, and integrations, with the ability to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

This role requires strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, and API-based integrations, along with experience supporting procurement or financial workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P) / procurement workflows.
• Build and enhance workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, client scripts, and server-side logic.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third‑party systems.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow platform modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement and sourcing processes through automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, or similar enterprise workflow processes.
• Proven experience in building and supporting ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
• Strong proficiency in:
• JavaScript

• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex business workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with procurement, finance, or Source-to-Pay business processes.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITBM or related ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work across technical and functional teams.
