• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts
• Experience with Service Portal widget development
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow configurations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM
• Develop and implement integrations using REST and SOAP
• Create UI customizations, workflows, and extensions with Flow Designer and scripting
• Ensure upgrade-safe, scalable and well-documented solutions

Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 Annually
