Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Developer to design, configure, and extend solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You will focus on hands-on development—workflows, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions—while ensuring upgrade-safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Experience with Service Portal widget development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped apps.
• Hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions.
• Apply best practices to keep the instance upgrade-safe, performant, and clean.
• Deliver production-ready solutions with maintainable code, resilient to upgrades and team turnover.

Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Developer

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $125,000–$140,000 Annually

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM).
• Experience with Now Assist or GenAI Controller.
• Familiarity with App Engine Studio.
• Exposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
