World Wide Technology (WWT) is hiring a ServiceNow Senior Developer- Workflow Management for its Internal IT Application Services Team. The role focuses on developing and configuring applications on the ServiceNow platform, writing JavaScript, and ensuring code quality through testing.

The candidate should have 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong communication skills, and experience with Web Services. This is an on-site role with comprehensive benefits across US locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience/certifications.
• 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using JDBC and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform under guidance of Senior Developer.
• Write and maintain code in JavaScript within ServiceNow; follow coding standards.
• Perform unit testing and assist in debugging and issue resolution.
