Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, especially Security Operations module.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail in IT service delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience with integrations to ServiceNow, including Integration Hub/Workflow Data Fabric desired.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the Security Operations module of the ServiceNow platform, including supporting integrations.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for SecOps functions.
• Support day-to-day operations of the platform, including on-call rotation.
