Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and federal security requirements.
• Oversee development of applications, workflows, interfaces, scripts, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, set standards, and mentor teams.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Translate mission needs into technical solutions with security teams and IT leadership.
• Monitor and optimize performance for high availability and scalability.
• Lead technical projects from design through deployment and post-implementation review.
• Provide subject-matter expertise across SIR, VR, GRC, and related security modules.
• Uphold architectural standards for compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other regs.
• Identify opportunities to modernize security and workflow processes.
• Provide Tier III support and resolve complex platform issues.
• Create clear technical documentation and deliver training as needed.
