Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Product Manager in Irving, TX, to lead the roadmap and delivery of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response platform. You will translate security requirements into actionable user stories, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, Agile ownership, UAT coordination, and governance alignment with regulatory requirements. Hybrid work arrangement in Irving, TX available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in enterprise technology platforms.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow Vulnerability Response experience.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity requirements into clear, actionable features and user stories.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams as Product Owner.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-quarter product roadmap for Citi's ServiceNow SecOps platform, focusing on Vulnerability Response.
• Translate cybersecurity strategy and business objectives into a prioritized backlog.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure backlog refinement and sprint goals.
• Coordinate UAT with cybersecurity stakeholders and ensure quality gates before production releases.
• Develop metrics, OKRs, and dashboards for senior leadership.
