LTIMindtree in Irving, TX is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the multi-quarter roadmap for the ServiceNow SecOps VR platform. You will translate cybersecurity requirements into a prioritized backlog and collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive value.

You will lead Agile ceremonies as Product Owner, write clear user stories, define KPIs/OKRs, and partner with the ServiceNow CoE to ensure governance, licensing optimization, and architectural alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise technology platforms.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Ability to translate cybersecurity requirements into clear product features and user stories.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams as Product Owner with backlog management.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycle and CVSS in ServiceNow VR.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform capabilities and release cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own multi-quarter roadmap for ServiceNow SecOps VR.
• Translate strategy and business needs into prioritized backlog.
• Lead roadmap reviews with senior cybersecurity leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate adoption of new ServiceNow SecOps features and integrations.
• Develop a clear product vision aligned with security framework.
• Serve as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies and manage backlog.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development team.
• Coordinate UAT with cybersecurity stakeholders and ensure quality gates.
• Build relationships with Vulnerability Management, SOC, and IT Risk teams.
• Present product metrics and OKRs to senior leadership.
• Ensure governance, licensing, and architecture alignment with CoE.
• Manage vendor relationships with ServiceNow and partners.
• Ensure changes comply with SOX, FFIEC, OCC, GDPR.
• Champion platform adoption via training and documentation.
