Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Product Manager in Irving, TX to guide the VR platform and align with security governance. As Product Owner, you will lead Agile ceremonies, refine the backlog, and coordinate with ServiceNow and enterprise stakeholders to ensure successful releases and ongoing platform health.

Qualifications

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Product Manager to support the strategic direction and delivery of our ServiceNow Vulnerability Response platform. This role requires deep expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR) and a working knowledge of Security Incident Response (SIR), combined with strong stakeholder management and product leadership skills. You will serve with the primary ServiceNow Product Manager as a liaison between Client's cybersecurity business stakeholders, development teams, and the ServiceNow platform — defining and prioritizing the product backlog, translating security requirements into actionable user stories, and driving continuous improvement of the SecOps platform to meet evolving threat landscapes and regulatory demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-quarter product roadmap for Client's ServiceNow SecOps platform, with primary emphasis on Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Translate cybersecurity strategy, regulatory requirements, and business objectives into a prioritized, value-driven product backlog
• Conduct regular roadmap reviews with senior cybersecurity leadership, technology executives, and key stakeholders
• Evaluate and recommend adoption of new ServiceNow SecOps features, releases, and third-party integrations
• Develop and maintain a clear product vision aligned with Client's enterprise security strategy and risk management framework

Delivery & Agile Leadership

• Serve as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Write clear, well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for the development team
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize business value and development team throughput
• Remove impediments and make timely product decisions to keep development sprints on track
• Coordinate UAT with cybersecurity stakeholders and ensure quality gates are met before production releases

Stakeholder Management & Platform Governance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Vulnerability Management, SOC, Threat Intelligence, IT Risk, and Compliance teams as primary platform customers
• Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and demos with business and technical stakeholders
• Develop and present product metrics, OKRs, and platform health dashboards to senior leadership
• Partner with Client's ServiceNow CoE and enterprise architecture teams to ensure platform governance, licensing optimization, and architectural alignment
• Manage vendor relationships with ServiceNow and third-party integration partners; participate in ServiceNow account reviews and roadmap briefings
• Ensure all platform changes comply with Client's change management, audit, and regulatory requirements (SOX, FFIEC, OCC, GDPR)
• Champion platform adoption through training programs, user documentation, and change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise technology platforms
