Job summary

ServiceIO Consultancy Services in the United States seeks an IT professional with 4–8 years of broad IT experience to lead vulnerability response initiatives in a large enterprise, focusing on ServiceNow VR modules and VR concepts.

You will map, configure, and integrate Vulnerability Response components such as VITs, CMDB lookups, and third‑party scanners (WIZ/Tenable/Qualys). Strong API knowledge and UI scripting familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of broad IT experience in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on with Vulnerability Response modules in ServiceNow VR.
• Understanding of Vulnerability Items (VIT) and VR concepts.
• Experience with CMDB configuration and item lookup rules.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Understand Vulnerability response process and map it with ServiceNow VR modules.
• Hands‑on experience of Vulnerability Response modules.
• Understand how VIT’s get created in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Vulnerability Response concepts such as Solutions, False Positives, Exceptions.
• Configuration experience of CMDB.
• Configuration of CI lookup rules for VIT assignments.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with one third‑party scanner integration with ServiceNow (e.g., WIZ, Tenable, Qualys).
• Working experience of Business Rules, UI pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Client Scripts, Custom Tables.
