Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow SecOps Consultant to design, develop, and implement SecOps solutions. You will work with security stakeholders to translate mission needs into scalable, automated SecOps capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead workflows, integrations with SIEM and threat intel tools, and build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into security posture. A TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; must be located on U.S. soil.
• Must be able to obtain DHS program suitability and a TS/SCI clearance.
• 8+ years of software development, IT security, or IT systems engineering experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, with at least 2+ years focused on SecOps.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration and custom development.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM and threat intel platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Orchestration, REST/SOAP, and MID Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement ServiceNow SecOps apps (SIR, VR, CC, TI).
• Integrate with SIEM, scanners, and threat intel platforms.
• Build and maintain orchestration playbooks and workflows.
• Lead workshops with SOC/IR/VR teams to capture requirements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and KPIs for real-time security visibility.
• Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to client staff.
