The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in ServiceNow, specifically in SACM and ITIL v3 processes. This role requires developing documentation, user stories, and application configurations to enhance the overall performance of ServiceNow.

Qualifications

Proven experience in ServiceNow Development.
Expertise in SACM (CMDB, Asset Management, Configuration Management).
Strong understanding of ITIL v3 Service Operation processes.

Responsibilities

Provide ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in implementation.
Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client’s ServiceNow release plan.
Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules.
Develop ServiceNow Design Documentation.
Develop User Stories for ServiceNow releases.
Perform ServiceNow Application Configuration.
Develop Custom Code for ServiceNow application modules.
Modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, and more.
