Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring ITSM modules.
• Certifications CSA and ITSM Implementation Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with Service Catalog development and configuration.
• Proficient in JavaScript for business rules and client scripts.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Automation.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex ITSM solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and review code.
• Develop complex ITSM applications and workflows with Service Portal.
• Architect integrations with external systems and monitoring tools.
• Implement auto-remediation, self-healing capabilities and SLA/OLA optimization.
• Provide technical oversight and drive platform performance and security.
