Job summary

The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in ServiceNow Discovery and experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams and assuring data integrity governance. Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, including Cloud Discovery.
• Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and SACM principles.
• Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure and related discovery mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Discovery and SACM solutions using ServiceNow.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Cloud Discovery across multi-cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery probes, sensors, and patterns.

Skills

Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery

Strong understanding of CSDM and CMDB

Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure

Excellent communication skills

Education

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or ITOM
