Job summary

NexZenTek Solutions Inc. seeks a senior ServiceNow Program Manager to lead complex ITSM initiatives and digital transformations in a fully remote environment.

You will own end-to-end delivery, governance, budgets, and stakeholder communications across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in IT with 4+ years managing ServiceNow projects, strong Agile leadership, and familiarity with ITOM/CSM/HRSD.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in IT, including 4+ years managing ServiceNow projects.
• Lead End-to-End ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical architects, developers, and implementation teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Oversee UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
• Ensure ServiceNow implementation follows platform best practices and organizational standards.

Job description

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12 + Months

Visa: Any (No OPT, CPT, GC also)

Required Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• 8-12+ years in IT, including 4+ years managing ServiceNow projects
• Lead End-to-End ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical architects, developers, and implementation teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Manage stakeholder communications, project governance, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Ensure ServiceNow implementation follows platform best practices and organizational standards.
• Oversee UAT, production deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
