You will partner with business stakeholders, Product Management, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to define priorities, maintain backlogs, and ensure alignment with business goals. The role requires 7+ years in product ownership or agile delivery, strong communication, and proven backlog management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product backlogs across assigned ServiceNow product areas.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and technical debt based on business value.
• Ensure delivery teams have a clear and prioritized workload.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into backlog priorities.
• Accept completed work and validate alignment with business expectations.
