IDR, Inc. is seeking a Product Owner for the ServiceNow Platform in Denver, CO.

You will partner with business stakeholders and agile teams to maximize value across an enterprise ServiceNow deployment, defining priorities, refining backlogs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives in a regulated environment. The role requires strong backlog ownership, stakeholder management, and facilitation of agile ceremonies, with deep ServiceNow experience across ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and related areas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or agile delivery.
• Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable delivery work.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills (workshops, refinement sessions, sprint reviews).
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and/or supporting ServiceNow product areas such as ITSM, SPM, CMDB, or HRSD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify priorities and outcomes.
• Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring work is sequenced by business value and platform needs.
• Participate in core agile ceremonies to drive delivery alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, business analysts, architects, developers, and testers.
• Support multiple ServiceNow product areas and platform initiatives.
