DTCC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Product Manager to lead Enterprise Architecture Data & Corp Tech initiatives. You will own service strategy, roadmap, and governance for ServiceNow domains, partnering with business leaders and technology partners to deliver measurable enterprise value.

The role emphasizes strategic service architecture, catalog design, CMDB governance, and platform stability. Strong communication and execution skills are essential in this enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB and data models (CSDM).

Responsabilités

• Define and own the product vision, multi-year roadmap, and outcomes for assigned ServiceNow domains.
• Translate enterprise priorities into clearly defined product outcomes aligned with strategy and risk posture.
• Make informed decisions on capability usage, configuration vs. customization, and tradeoffs for speed and sustainability.
• Define and govern the service architecture within ServiceNow and map services to capabilities and workflows.
• Drive CMDB governance, data quality, reporting needs, and downstream integrations.
• Own end-to-end backlog, intake, and prioritization with clear acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Define and track product KPIs (adoption, cycle time, data quality, user satisfaction).
