Job summary

DTCC seeks a ServiceNow Product Manager within IT Enterprise Architecture to drive product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes across ServiceNow domains (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB). You will shape the service portfolio, balance standardization with platform flexibility, and collaborate with business leaders to maximize value.

You will lead governance of service definitions, catalog design, and data quality, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions aligned to technology strategy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow features, Asset Management, and data models (CSDM, CMDB).
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, multi-year roadmap and outcomes for ServiceNow domains.
• Govern service architecture and catalog design across CMDB and integrations.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and prioritize work based on business value.
