Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting and administering ServiceNow PPM.
• Familiarity with PPM records such as Projects, Project Tasks, Budgets, Resource Assignments, Time Sheets, Time Cards, Expense Lines, Cost Plans.
• Ability to troubleshoot ServiceNow platform automation components related to PPM such as Scheduled Jobs, Scripts, Workflows.
• Understanding of PPM security and access management (roles, groups, ACLs) and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer ServiceNow PPM instances and modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PPM automation components (scheduled jobs, scripts, workflows).
• Ensure proper security access, roles, and permissions for PPM users.
• Collaborate with project managers, portfolio teams, and ServiceNow admins to resolve incidents.
