Job summary

PNC is seeking a Portfolio Mgmt Director in its Technology organization to lead the ServiceNow Product Owner function and end-to-end demand management. Based in multiple locations including Pittsburgh, the role partners with CIO leaders and business sponsors to shape a unified roadmap.

You will own prioritization, governance, and planning across product lines, balancing trade-offs and ensuring clear costs and commitments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product or portfolio leadership within a large enterprise.
• Experience leading Product Owners or Product Managers.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow SPM including Demand, Idea, Project and Program.
• Ability to design intake and scoring models for prioritization.
• Experience at enterprise-scale demand intake and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ServiceNow Product Owner organization and hiring.
• Own end-to-end demand management from intake to roadmap.
• Define demand scoring and alignment with business outcomes.
• Maintain a portfolio roadmap across product lines.
• Balance cross-product priorities and governance forums.
