Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or enterprise platform work.
• Experience managing complex technology product portfolios, not a single product or team.
• Strong command of roadmap development, backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Strong written communication skills including executive-ready summaries and decision documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow Portfolio Product Management discipline: intake, prioritization, roadmap governance, release guardrails, and executive reporting.
• Maintain the integrated portfolio roadmap so strategy, platform health, enterprise priorities, and delivery capacity sit in one decision view.
• Define the release management approach including readiness criteria, sequencing logic, decision gates, and post-release value review.
• Own the prioritization model and backlog governance standards, and facilitate trade-offs across value, risk, platform sustainability, compliance, and capacity.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured product work and partner with product leads on dependencies and sequencing risks.
