Job summary

PNC is seeking a Portfolio Management Manager within its Retail Lending organization. Based in a multi-city setting, you will lead a team of Portfolio Owners to drive ideation through delivery of initiatives, aligning product strategy, OKRs, backlog and roadmap.

You will partner with business and tech stakeholders, oversee budgeting and reporting, and guide senior leadership updates while applying industry best practices in agile transformation.

Qualifications

• University degree required; 8+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of prior management experience expected.
• Experience leading portfolios, governance and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead portfolio managers to drive execution of portfolios aligned to corporate strategy.
• Oversee development and approval for strategic initiative governance across portfolios.
• Monitor analysis and reporting for key portfolio milestones.
• Own overall portfolio budget and ensure portfolio success.
• Coach and develop portfolio managers across multi-disciplinary teams; manage vendor relationships.
