Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform Operations to lead a team delivering core platform capabilities, integrations, and enhancements for the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will own day-to-day execution of the platform roadmap and drive adoption across engineering, operations, and business teams.

This hybrid role requires coordinating across Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; and Quincy, MA locations, with in-person days and remote work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years in platform, product, or technical management roles; ServiceNow leadership preferred.
Proven success delivering ServiceNow capabilities and integrations.
Strong understanding of platform reliability, automation, and integration patterns.
Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and drive execution.
Backlog management, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Execute the platform roadmap with actionable plans and backlogs.
Lead a team of platform managers and engineers with coaching and direction.
Drive platform development, integrations, and enhancements addressing user pain points.
Oversee platform health: uptime, reliability, performance, and debt.
Partner with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to align standards.
Improve operator and user experience by simplifying workflows.
Manage cross-team dependencies and integration lifecycles.
Enforce governance standards and security requirements.
Monitor adoption and outcomes; iterate based on data.
Advance automation and AI-enabled enhancements.
Collaborate with vendors and escalate issues when needed.
Communicate progress to senior leaders with clarity.
May be called to support critical escalations during incidents.
