Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Platform Operations to lead a team delivering core platform capabilities, integrations, and enhancements for the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will own day-to-day execution of the platform roadmap and drive adoption across engineering, operations, and business teams.

This hybrid role requires coordinating across Salisbury, NC; Chicago, IL; and Quincy, MA locations, with in-person days and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in platform, product, or technical management roles; ServiceNow leadership preferred.
• Proven success delivering ServiceNow capabilities and integrations.
• Strong understanding of platform reliability, automation, and integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity and drive execution.
• Backlog management, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Execute the platform roadmap with actionable plans and backlogs.
• Lead a team of platform managers and engineers with coaching and direction.
• Drive platform development, integrations, and enhancements addressing user pain points.
• Oversee platform health: uptime, reliability, performance, and debt.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to align standards.
• Improve operator and user experience by simplifying workflows.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and integration lifecycles.
• Enforce governance standards and security requirements.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes; iterate based on data.
• Advance automation and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Collaborate with vendors and escalate issues when needed.
• Communicate progress to senior leaders with clarity.
• May be called to support critical escalations during incidents.
