Qualifications

• Strong background in automation, CI/CD, and container/runtime services.
• Proven incident response and reliability engineering skills.
• Effective communication and influence.

Responsibilities

• Architect platform services and CI/CD capabilities using reusable modules.
• Champion best-in-class ServiceNow development practices to accelerate delivery and reduce risk.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and compliance validations.
• Harden platforms and pipelines with integrated controls and guardrails.
• Improve observability and diagnose issues quickly.
• Lead migrations, upgrades, and complex incidents.
• Document standards, runbooks, and developer guides.
• Mentor engineers and promote product mindset practices.
• May support critical escalations during urgent IT incidents as needed.
