Job summary

Harvard Business School IT is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Lead to drive service and technology roadmaps and oversee major transformation initiatives. The role includes hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and coordinating delivery through the MSP, with a focus on stability and usability across all environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management practices and enabling technology.
• Ability to work across the organization to design, implement and mature service delivery practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership for the ServiceNow enterprise platform including lifecycle management and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate work of BA and QA resources, temporary staff, and MSP for upgrades and support.
• Serve as hands-on technical authority for ServiceNow administration and development, including configuration and workflows.
• Own the platform lifecycle across development, test, and production instances and manage releases.
• Establish and enforce engineering practices for ServiceNow including design reviews and naming standards.
