Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, availability, security, governance, and continual improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Serve as the primary technical owner and SME for the ServiceNow platform across enterprise stakeholders.
• Administer and improve Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, SLA, Major Incident, and reporting capabilities.
• Own CMDB governance, data quality, CI lifecycle, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and operational visibility.
