Job summary

Saicon seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Developer to support administration, development, configuration, and integrations of the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on government cloud environments with requirements for U.S.

citizenship or permanent residency. Key responsibilities include building workflows, integrations, and change management processes, while supporting CI/CD practices and platform upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
• Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Change Management in ServiceNow.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for ServiceNow.
• Scripting in JavaScript and related ServiceNow scripting.
• Knowledge of workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, update sets.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, rules, scripts, and integrations.
• Design and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, releases, and enhancements.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow change management processes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow development and deployments.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, and workflow issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
