Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Strong ITIL, CMDB, and data governance knowledge.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, and analytics within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the ServiceNow Data Team across global sites.
• Govern the ServiceNow CMDB, discovery, and data models.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting for data quality.
• Drive AI Agent strategies to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set governance and reporting standards.
