Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to manage the platform, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure reliable operations within an EUC environment. You will monitor performance, handle upgrades, and maintain access controls across users.

Ideal candidates hold a CS or IT degree with 2+ years of EUC experience, strong ITIL knowledge, and proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow customization. CSA is preferred, with a focus on customer service and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.

Responsibilities

• Manage ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
