Job summary

Uline is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to manage and optimize our ServiceNow platform across North America. You will handle applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs while delivering reliable service delivery.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization, with 2+ years of EUC administration experience and a CSA preferred credential. On-site work is standard at our facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in administering End User Computing (EUC) applications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, JavaScript and ServiceNow customization.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1‑B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Manage Uline’s ServiceNow platform, including applications, modules and workflows to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting platform issues, resolving incidents and ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and maintain user access to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Build custom dashboards and reports to identify trends and support continuous service improvement.
