Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation in San Diego, CA is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a full-time onsite role. You will lead migration of the Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow and expand ITSM capabilities across IT and Facilities, including ticketing, help desk, and asset management.

Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow apps and workflows using App Engine, with CAC/MFA integration, RBAC, and PII/PHI data protection.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture or implementation.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and ITSM.
Experience with legacy system migrations, preferably Oracle APEX to ServiceNow.
Knowledge of IAM/RBAC, CAC/MFA integration and data protection.

Responsibilities

Lead the migration of the Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow with minimal business disruption.
Expand ServiceNow ITSM to support IT and Facilities ticketing, help desk, and assets.
Design, develop and implement custom ServiceNow apps and workflows using App Engine.
Implement security controls including CAC/MFA integration and RBAC.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to define requirements and ensure security/compliance.
Provide training, knowledge transfer, and comprehensive documentation.
Develop and maintain a System Handover Plan and training logs.
Support Agile delivery with sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and POAM reporting.
