Job summary

Astor & Sanders Corporation in San Diego, CA, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a full-time onsite role. Lead migration of the Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow and expand ITSM capabilities to support IT and Facilities ticketing, help desk, dispatch, asset management, and related service workflows.

Design, build, and implement custom ServiceNow apps using App Engine; implement security controls including CAC/MFA integration and RBAC; collaborate with government stakeholders; provide training

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and ITSM.
• Experience migrating legacy systems, preferably Oracle APEX, to ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of IAM/RBAC, CAC/MFA integration, and data protection (PII/PHI).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and strong documentation skills.
• Experience in government/defense or highly regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow with minimal business disruption.
• Expand ServiceNow ITSM capabilities for IT and Facilities ticketing, help desk, dispatch, asset management, and related workflows.
• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using App Engine.
• Implement security controls and access management including CAC/MFA integration and RBAC.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and manage risks.
• Provide training, knowledge transfer, and create system handover documentation and logs.
• Support Agile delivery through sprints, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
