Astor & Sanders Corporation in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the migration of an Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow and to expand ITSM capabilities across IT and Facilities.

The role requires 7+ years in ServiceNow development, with hands-on App Engine, RBAC and CAC/MFA integration, and experience in Agile/Scrum in highly regulated environments. This is a full-time, on-site position in San Diego with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, or implementation.
• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow App Engine and ITSM.
• Experience migrating legacy systems (Oracle APEX to ServiceNow).
• IAM/RBAC, CAC/MFA integration, and PII/PHI data protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of Oracle APEX portal to ServiceNow with minimal business disruption.
• Expand ServiceNow ITSM capabilities for IT and Facilities ticketing, help desk, dispatch, asset management, and workflows.
• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using App Engine.
• Implement security and access controls including CAC/MFA integration and RBAC.
